Advance Solutions  for Industry Development (ASID) Entertainment Group, LLC  was founded in 2014  by Naderah Munajj who is a proud graduate and Inaugural 40 under 40 recipient of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). Since inception, ASID Entertainment has developed productions and programing highlighting the best of HBCU's. With an emphasis in HBCU Marching band and Dance line, ASID has curated content and choreography for brands such as Drumline Live, ESPN/ Andscape, HBCU Culture Foundation, Red Bull USA, the HBCU Auxiliary and Dance Directors conference,  and more.

HBCU Dance Intensive (formerly Precision Dance summer Intensive) began in height of the pandemic when eager dancers  whose focus is HBCU Dance (commonly called Majorette dance) needed a place to sharpen their tools and stay active in their dance journeys. HBCU Dance intensive aims to bridge the gap between High school and community teams directly to HBCU programs of their dreams.

 

With an elite staff of instructors and panelist who include present HBCU Dance line coaches, former team captains, and alumni, HBCU Dance Intensive is  one of a kind that focuses on building the entire dancer from a strong technical foundation to intricate stylized details that produce the most efficient and versatile dancer. 

 

Since inception, dancers under the training of the HBCU Dance Intensive have gone on to become members of the "Sensational Stingettes" of Alabama State University, the "Fabulous dancing Dolls" of Southern University,  "Mahogany in Motion" Of Spelman college, and have produced student run organizations that focus on HBCU Dance at Predominantly White Institution (PWI) Campuses. Subsequently creating a place of culture and education in foreign spaces.

Many of our dancers have gone on to receive scholarships for dance at their respective institutions and we look forward to continuing this excellence as we produce our inagural HBCU Dance intensive in the Heart of New York City!
